Immediate Autogenous Bone Transplantation Using a Novel Kinetic Bioactive Screw 3D Design as a Dental Implant

چکیده

The restoration of osseous defects is accomplished by bone grafts and substitutes, which are also called biomaterials. Autogenous grafts, derived from the same individual, can retain viability cells, mainly osteoblasts osteoprogenitor stem they do not lead to an immunologic response, known as gold standard for grafts. There both different techniques devices that be used obtain according needs patients, location, size defect. Here, innovative technique presented in patient’s own removed trigone retromolar region mandible inserted into a dental alveolus after extraction immediate insertion implant, BKS. first step creates surgical alveolus; second perforates BKS region, shortly after, containing grafted removed; third screws collects created alveolus. Experimental studies have shown feasibility practicality this new implant model autogenous transplants.

Autogenous tooth transplantation: an alternative to dental implant placement?

Autogenous tooth transplantation, or autotransplantation, is the surgical movement of a tooth from one location in the mouth to another in the same individual. Once thought to be experimental, autotransplantation has achieved high success rates and is an excellent option for tooth replacement. Although the indications for autotransplantation are narrow, careful patient selection coupled with an...

Comparison of Implant Stability in Sinus Lift Surgery Using Autogenous Versus Allogeneic Bone Grafts

Background and aim: The most common method of increasing implant stability in the posterior maxilla comprises the reinforcement of bone height using bone grafts in sinus lift surgery. The purpose of the present study was to compare autogenous and allogeneic bone grafts in implant stability after open sinus lift surgery. Materials and methods: This split-mouth clinical trial compared the implant...

a review of dental implant treatment planning and implant design based on bone density

context a key determinant for clinical success is the diagnosis of the bone density in a potential implant site. the percentage of bone-implant contact is related to bone density, and the axial stress contours around an implant are affected by the density of bone. evidence acquisition a number of reports have emphasized the importance of the quality of bone on the survival of dental implants. t...

Dental Implant Design and Biological Effects on Bone-Implant Interface

Although dental implants have become a predictable aspect of tooth replacement in prosthodontic treatment [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], failures of up to 10% are still encountered. Furthermore these failures have been more associated with “soft” bone quality [7], 1985) such as encountered in the maxillary posterior area [8, 9, 10, 11, 12]. In a review article by Esposito et al [13], bone quality and volu...
